This year, Samsung is about to or have released various compact digital cameras such as WB500, WB550, WB1000, ST10, ST50, ST100, PL10, and PL50. Among them, some products such as ST10, ST10, PL10, and PL10 support PMP, MP3, and text viewer functions.

As digital cameras are getting more common, customers want more easy and high performance products. At the beginning, there has been struggle about pixels, but now users request easy control and convenient products rather.

Looking at the box of the PL10, it s a quite small box. I have experienced 2 cameras which DSLR I m using now and another Samsung digital camera my sister bought 3 years ago. And the PL10 is so small that it can fit women s hand.

By accident, I ve got a chance to use the Samsung IT100. The first meeting. It seems just a normal compact camera. Not unique, just normal. 12.2M pixels. I thought now a compact camera has been developed much. I like the red and it s cute. Other people are good at preview and review, but I m not. I m just a photographer, so I just do this with pictures.

I became a VLUU grapher to experience the IT100 which has more intelligent functions to be differentiated from other compact digital camera. I think it s a strategy of promotion before released. It s a great honor for me. I went to Masan and returned to Busan for a day, but I didn t know I was tired, because the Samsung IT100 was in my pocket, and thought about how I take a picture. In fact, before going to Seoul, I was already thinking. That means I spent 9 hours in buses.

The name IT100 is from Intelligence, so it s an intelligent camera. There are lots of digital cameras having high pixels, but not all of them are optimized for customers. When buying a DSLR camera, you have to fix something after buying it, and it so bothers that becomes a big problem to take a picture. Moreover, the hard and unfamiliar terms can frustrate people at the beginning. The IT100 has powerful function to take great pictures, even though users don t have enough knowledge. I got a call from Samsung camera promotion a few weeks ago. It was about a new product, taking pictures with the new camera, and posting them up on the blog. I hesitated a little, because I had been afraid of promoting and kind of a burden to me. So I asked friends. And he said Do it, but exactly and clearly do it. Last Saturday (Apr. 4^th), I joined the Workshop in GangNam, and signed the contract to post up contents about the camera for 6 weeks. Since I m not a reviewer, it s so simple. I can take a picture following the concept. The concept is Beating DSLR with a compact.

This is the product. It s from Samsung, and the model name is IT100 compact camera. Basic specification is 12.2M pixels, 28mm optical 5x zoom, smart auto, HD video recording, 3 inch LCD view, and so on.

The feature of the IT100 is that it has almost all functions of what compact cameras can have with keeping the slimness such as 12.2M pixels, 720P (1280x720) video, Dual IS, smart auto, and perfect portrait. I can t even think of more functions. (Compared to this, DSLR has no function like a disposable camera.) The balance of great performance and slim design is the concept of the IT100, I suppose.
