After the ipod has been released in 2006, the majority of MP3 player design is slim and straight type. Samsung has released 2 products which can change the stream. The YP-S2 reminding a pebble and round type YP-S3 are they. The YP-S3 is the successor of the YP-K3 which was been released Feb, 2007. The design and the function have been changed a lot. By adding special edition to former Yepp MP3P, Samsung gives more choices for customers. The T10 La Fleur is the first special edition in 2008 following the ‘P2 Seotaiji edition’. La Fleur means a flower in French, and the flower in English. In the front and the back side, luxurious flower is engraved, so it’s distinguished from other T10. Reappearance in one year. The successor of the K5.

At last year’s CES 2007 (an international consumer electronics show) an interesting product mixed with a sliding speaker was revealed. It was the K5. It received a lot of interest from the media due to a totally unique concept that was different from all other Samsung MP3 designs of the past. However, because of the thickness and high price, the K5 did not fully shine, but hid in the shadow of slim and inexpensive products released at the time.

The 2nd Bluewave firmware of the Yepp P2 has been updated. Starting with the 3.07 version interface, various functions have been added and improved. Following the video review, this update will be reviewed with texts and photos.
 


First, Download the Updated Files..

You need to download the firmware update files. You can download the versions if you register to the Yepp Web site (yepp.co.kr). Firmware files are divided into ‘system update files’ and ‘game files.’ After updating the system first, you can insert the game folder file through a movable disk.

Advantages : Stereo sliding speaker, great sound, Bluetooth 1.2
Disadvantages : Slow reaction speed, slimmer than the 3.3mm K5 but still thick

The Samsung S5 with a sliding stereo speaker and Bluetooth 2.0 is truly a ‘portable multimedia’ device with diverse functions including wireless and speaker functions. I would like to call it the ‘second generation K5’ because of its revolutionary los of thickness and weight since the K5.
